I am reaching in regards to a major concern and problem that I have been facing with massage envy at 12840 Walker Branch Rd #300, Charlotte, NC 28273. I have not patronized this business in over two months going on three .. as per the manger that is at this location the last I spoke with her months ago that my personal information would no longer be on file and that' would be the end of myself and this business.. but I am still being harassed every month , getting voicemails stating that I owe money.. when I do not patronize the business. I spoke to a young lady name chy over a month ago and explained everything and inquired about why my credit card was charged $75.00 even though I have not been coming to the establishment and my membership was cancelled. Young lady stated she would look into and I would be issued a refund and contacted back to follow up on this matter. I was never contacted back , instead still harassed with calls and voicemails stating that my payment is due . I disputed the charge with my bank months ago , and was issued the refund , now my bank is stating that on 9/9/24 that massage envy at that location provided information stating I made and authorized the $75.00 in which in fact I did not because I was not patronizing the business and was in agreement with the manger there that I will no longer doing business there nor did they want me to continue business there ..( and I have still been char Resolution Sought Refund me and . I would like an apology as well .
