Customer Complaint

Purchased a gift card for a friend. She was told it would be 2-3 months to schedule because they were scheduling members first. The 2 times they offered her were not conducive to her work schedule. I requested a refund and they hung up on me. This is a total scam company with no integrity or customer service. Resolution Sought Refund of $75.00 to go somewhere else where they actually care about the customer.
