I had an massage scheduled for may 8th at 5pm. I tried to reschedule for another day coming up since I was already there at 10am for a facial. It was a no and on mother's day of all days. I am a military wife and it was a gift from my husband. Resolution Sought Either schedule another massage or refund the money.

Called after her facial service asking to cancel massage at 5pm with Gary. It was explained to her that it would be considered a same day cancellation. She said she would call back and didn't and did not come for the massage. We charged her 100%. We cannot issue a refund, but we will reschedule a massage with a free enhancement. We do not issue refunds for giftcards under any circumstances.
