I was on a monthly plan and asked to not have the reoccurring charge since prenatal appointments are more difficult and could not possibly do 1 every month. Shanda Scaife the manager told me I could be charged $20 instead of $90 so I didnt have to cancel and loose all the prepaid massages I had pad for. I agreed. Suddenly 2 months later after a massage I was charged $272 dollars I called and disputed this it was then off. A few weeks later I recieved another phone call from them and I stated I would only speak to the manager. Shanda got on the phone with me and proceeded to tell me they Froze my service to allow me to catch up on my bills bc I did not pay Sept and Oct. I informed her that the information was incorrect as she had told me for the difficulty I had in trying to get this done the mo th prior she was crediting me those months. I have autopsy for this so missing payments is impossible. She was rude and when I asked for the recorded phone calls she became agitated. I eventually hung up on her. 2 weeks later I recieved a cancelation notice without my signature. I called and the same manager hung up on me and called me by my name when saying good bye after I asked to speak with the owner. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund for all prepaid massages. 11 to be exact and then I would like my contract with them to be terminated, because after this experience I would never want to go to them for service again!
