I've paid for a membership since 2019 and have 38 built up credit and I am not able to use them because appointments get cancelled on me a lot. The most recent was this Friday, January 5. I was not offered any sort of reschedule. The closest they could do was March according to Sophia. I have asked for a manager to call me back but I can't get a returned call. I would like a refund on my credits and I would like to cancel my membership. This is unethical business was practice. Resolution Sought Refund me for my remaining credits.
