I got a Groupon for a massage. I called and scheduled. When I got there I asked Jenny to do a deep tissue and to focus on my neck, shoulders, and legs. She agreed but then she covered my body with towels and started just randomly patting my body. After about 30 minutes of this I asked her if she was going to actually touch my body and use lotion or oil. She said oh ok. Then she proceeded to gentally run her hands over parts of my body.... not the ones I specified. I asked her again if she was going to rub harder my neck shoulders and legs and she said oh ok but never did. I finally gave up and just went to sleep for the last 20 minutes since the last 50 minutes sucked. But the real problem is after the massage I called the manager to discuss the situation. He wouldn't offer another massage or a refund. He was really rude and unprofessional. I told him I was posting about it and he threatened me with lawyers and said "hope you have enough money"! This situation is so ridiculous. I've been to several other parlors in the area and have never had a problem. Resolution Sought Either give me a real massage or give me a refund but I want an apology either way.

Company called stating customer purchased a voucher for $58.40 on groupon. She went in at 5:45pm, she also smelled strongly of alcohol and or marijuana. In less than 5 min on table she fell asleep and was snoring abruptly. The massage was done and when it was time to turn over it took like10 minutes to wake her up. When she finally turned over, she fell asleep again. When the massage was completed it took a long time to get her to wake up. They had even considered calling for an ambulance because customer was clearly very intoxicated. Company has videos of customer drinking before going to the back room for the service. The service was rendered therefore no refund will be issued.
