I have been trying to reach out to this company to cancel my ownership, and they have been completely unprofessional and unhelpful. They refuse to work with me on cancelling my timeshare ownership, and I have had extremely unpleasant customer service experiences thus far. We have expressed the urgency and seriousness of our requests and they have denied us time after time. We have taken the time to reach out to the Better Business Bureau, ARDA, we've called the timeshare, we've spoken to representatives, and have been met with nothing. No help or assistance only curt, dismissive letters that inform me that they will no longer work to release us from the timeshare. They keep expressing that there is "nothing they can do" to help us or cancel. Going back to when we were sold our timeshare, the amount of pressure, wearing down, and enduring the attrition of their pitch only aided them in deceiving us of what we were actually agreeing to. The few times we used the timeshare, it was underwhelming for the amount we have invested into it. We are deeply concerned about how we have been treated and the experiences we have had with this company since day one. Even now, we are still having to deal with the aftermath of this purchase, and it is frustrating that our attempts to cancel have been met with such a brick wall of unprofessionalism. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of the money that I have paid to Great Eastern Resorts, Massanutten, or their Associations or departments. I would like to cancel my contract and ownership with this company as well.

I am reaching out to your organization to seek your assistance in resolving a distressing issue we have been facing with Massanutten Resorts regarding our timeshare. We have encountered numerous difficulties throughout the past years while attempting to exit our timeshare agreement, and we are now in desperate need of help to cancel it. Our experience with Massanutten Resorts has been marred by a complete lack of empathy, human decency, and integrity. Despite expressing the negative financial impact the timeshare has had on us, the company has repeatedly dismissed our concerns and denied our requests to cancel. They consistently refer back to the timeshare contract, refusing to acknowledge any fault on their part or the negative tactics employed during the sales presentation. We have directly corresponded with Michael Owens, the Hospitality Director at Massanutten Resorts, who has been anything but hospitable. To our disappointment, we have received numerous denial letters from him, further exacerbating our frustration and sense of helplessness. Furthermore, the company's insistence that we sell the timeshare ourselves, despite their expertise in this area, raises significant questions about their commitment to resolving our situation. Regrettably, Massanutten Resorts has now ceased all communication with us, displaying a severe lack of respect and disregard for our concerns.
