We are reaching out today because we urgently need your help with a frustrating situation involving our timeshare at Eagle Trace/Regal Vistas. For nearly two years now, we have been trying to exit this property, sending multiple letters and contacting the owners association directly. To put it mildly, our requests have been completely ignored—we've received absolutely no response, no viable solutions, and zero sympathy from their end. It feels like we've been trying to communicate with a brick wall. The last correspondence received from the Owners Association stated they will no longer reply to our communications. The entire process has been incredibly unprofessional. We are stuck paying constantly increasing maintenance costs for a property we have not used in many years and will definitely not be using again. The lack of concern this group has shown for its owners is appalling and has created a significant, unnecessary financial burden for us. We are formally requesting the Business Consumer Alliance's assistance to mediate and resolve this matter, allowing us to cancel our timeshare and end these unwarranted, ongoing costs. Your intervention is our last hope to address this group's poor conduct and secure a fair exit from this property Resolution Sought Contract Cancellation
