I have had my vehicle at their shop. Due to an accident. For an insurance claim. I have actually never personally been to the shop. My vehicle was towed to their shop which is an hour away from my home. I received zero notification or phone calls. That my vehicle was going to be charged for storage. I got a missed call from them on December 6th 2021. I called them back on December 10th 2021. They asked me if I could remove my vehicle I said yes. The secretary told me to hold on a minute there is a bill. I said bill for what. Storage $35 a day since August 26th. I stated if I was told there was a storage fee on the 26th the last time we talked I would have removed the vehicle immediately. Just like I stated they called me on December 6th I called them back on December 10th and would remove the vehicle immediately. Resolution Sought I would like my truck released to me without prejudice. I was never notified this vehicle was going to be charged for storage. Not verbally and not in writing either. Just like I said if they notified me in a timely manner I would have removed the vehicle immediately. I do not want to pay $4,000 in storage. Thank you
