I opened this account over two years ago and I decided today to go over my billing and in the billing they are trying to charge me this year for items that were purchased 2 years ago when I opened the account. They are showing that the purchases were made this year and that is not correct some items were purchased in the beginning and I am missing where it shows the last 2 years of payments also. It is like all the payments I made were never made!. They are not keeping accurate billing. Resolution Sought To go over the complete billing and to reduce by what payments have been made! The bill needs to reduce drastically considering payments have been made for 2 years.

Masseys took a pair of shoes that I returned for and exchanged. They said the order was canceled for the shoes I sent back. Ballerina shoes were to be sent 2 pair. Masseys number is 608-324-9112 Resolution Sought Since they took and did what they wanted to do with my merchandise, I feel to take is still have them ship all orders to all is fair.
