Masseys took a pair of shoes that I returned for and exchanged. They said the order was canceled for the shoes I sent back. Ballerina shoes were to be sent 2 pair. Masseys number is 608-324-9112 Resolution Sought Since they took and did what they wanted to do with my merchandise, I feel to take is still have them ship all orders to all is fair.

Ordered 4 pair of boots and a 19 piece bathroom set on 11/09/22 relieved items on 11/14/22. Boots were too small and bathroom set was not what I ordered. Returned items immediately and indicated bathroom set was not the patterned o ordered from the catalog and indicated the pattern name on the exchange form that was sent with item. It is December 6th and I have not yet received merchandise however; I've been billed 64.94. I called customer service to communicate and I was put on hold for over a hour and when someone did come to hone after submitting my account number I was asked if I was the only person on this account! I was then told my information was under some else's name. I was then disconnected! I called back more than once and my call was automatically dropped! My concern is the balance that I have been charged! I'd like the merchandise or my credit of 64.94 refunded immediately ! Resolution Sought I'd like the 19piece bathroom set or 64.94 credited to account.
