Do not fulfill the proposal unfinished sanding exposed seams mud way too thick tooth that could drywall outlet covers will not go back on huge gaps around outlets no walkthrough promise to use a dustless sander never used it Said they'd be in and out of our home in a week took them a month and a half to do what they have done I've spent 3 days sanding myself and painting to find more problems I have to put off my contractors down the line for flooring and other things because I am held up by this Resolution Sought I would either want a refund or the work to be completed properly in a timely fashion not sure if I trust them to be in my home again

Hello, my brother spent the lastvweek amd stated the house was completed and looked great. If there is something left to finish that he may have missed he will definitely race over there this Saturday and complete that no problem. We have over 20 hours in the project and we adore that family. The mother is a personal friend of .my mother's. I personally can't go in since I'm very allergic to smoke and I simply can't believe in there edue to the smoking. I'll have my brother meet with Judie on Saturday. She eis wonderful and always gave the kids a stuffed bunny when they came over. The work is good and complete but as I stated I will have Luke over to see what is supposedly left to finish. The client paid after completion and also placed tags where Luke needed to complete and he did that. But since we care and adore the client as I mentioned Luke will go back over and make sure everything looks great to resolve whatever this is. We have perfect ratings and care about our people.

Blaming shoddy work on lightning,framing &smoke: As a drywall contractor you should have temp lighting for jobs,I had lights fixture temped in but were removed &I even installed a ceiling fan/ light Framing should have been shimmed out before hanging rock ,you also left places "floating and not screwed down As far as being smokey,the house was not smoked in for the first 3weeks as me n my GF were not staying in the home,and when we did move back in we were at work or not indoors ,you left windows open and there were fans available None of this was brought to our attention until we complained to this agency You told us you would be in &out but yet you took over 5 weeks u brought in 3 guys to SLAP the dw up and jumped to other jobs while we waited/ plenty no shows & you sitting at my kitchen table playing on social media while Luke worked...I've got pictures & msgs saved

We were notified a month ago this was closed out. We tried contacting the owner to see what was needed on multiple occasions. My worker even visited the home with all equipment in hand to complete what ever may have needed to be completed. We texted the number on file and stated we would be there the next morning to assist and even offered a visa gift card for any misunderstanding. We would absolutely at any time send a worker there free of charge to assist on anything the home owner would need. The person writing this lso called complaint isnt even the home owner. His mother is and she is wonderful and we would absolutely complete anything we would have missed. As mentioned. We texted the son who has this complaint and arrived at the home in October the morning after our response back to help in anyway. This complaint is not accurate and the son has Luke's number and can text at anytime to show Luke what he feels was missed and Luke will gladly assist to make them 100 happy. So in cloning. The job was far under bid. We did a great job for very low dollar and if anything was missed we will gladly have Luke arrive immediately to make the home owner happy. We have all the pics.
