They came and charged me $75 to diagnose my refrigerator they said they needed to replace a sensor and the fan they charge me $745. I called them and telling him that I think the fan was defective and now that they're saying that 30 days is over and that I'll have to pay another $75 and pay for the labor to take out the defective fan and put a new one in I had to call him twice because they didn't return my phone calls. Resolution Sought I would like them to fix my refrigerator put a new fan in without any cost

Based on limited warranty customer has 30 days for labor, after this period all service is not free. Customer has to pay $75 diagnostic fee to check it, then we provide additional solution to repair the issue if it still exists
