Had Master lock come to my house Thursday 06/08 /21 to rekey my dead bolts on my house . Later that day my wife and myself went to leave and could not lock our house or garage ( keys would not work ) . I tried to call master locksmith back but no answer. I was finally able to get them Friday morning 06/09/21 and was told a tech would be here shortly . It is Monday 06/12/21 morning and I am still waiting . Tried calling again but no answer Resolution Sought Refund my money so I can get someone that knows what they are doing to fix my locks
