I ordered a propane smoker for my husbands birthday. Due to Covid we could not open and assemble until the Memorial Day weekend. The unit seemed to work but at the end kept turning itself off. The next day, it would not stay on at all. We tried to call customer service, all numbers directed me to a web site to send in pictures, receipt and problem. They asked us to follow e- mail directions to conduct a water test and try to fix ourself. We sent another email and sent everything in. Approx a week later 6/5 we received an email that stated they would send us a part to fix it our self. We haven't heard anything since, no e-mail, no part. We would like them to pick this defective unit up and provide a working one or refund our money. Resolution Sought New working propane smoker of refund o money- 254.39. We would like them to pick this unit up as it is very heavy and hard to return. It is impossible to talk to a customer service representative,.

New bluetooh smoker blue tooth does not work. They will not replace the control. They do not want to honor warranty. There are multiple control complaints Resolution Sought Please replace control
