I purchased a bunch of Mastercard gift cards for my nephews at Christmas. I then contacted the company because one did not work. After sending the required info such as the receipt of purchase and a picture of the front and back of the card and the numbers they asked for at the bottom. They then said I can not get a new card until I send the last for digits of all other cards. That would be fine if they hadn't already been used and discarded. I am now out $55.94. I don't want this company to continue to scam customers. Thank you for your help. Resolution Sought I would like a new card as a replacement with the balance I payed for of $50. The 5.94 was their fee to activate it. One of my nephews is now out a Christmas present because of their poor business practices.

I called Mastercard to activate a gift card I had previously purchased. While I was on the line, they said I had won a $100 gift card. I gave them my name and my credit card (for a $4 mailing charge). I answered a number of questions and was put on hold for the better part of 20 minutes. I was disconnected and no one can answer my calls. The number I called was 1- 833-623-3266. Resolution Sought I would like my $100 gift card. Thanks for looking into this.
