10/28/2024 is when I had met the owner stating he was a professional camera and security installer, after agreeing to the service he continued by installing security cameras for me in my business a week after having them installed, they started failing and the system would no longer stay on. I contacted him a week into having that situation. He would tell me what process I would have to do to restart it, and I would always do exactly what he instructed but as soon as a day would go by, they disconnected all over again soon he came over and took the boxes connected to the cameras and stop answering for the next 6 months after the first week of installing the cameras and have not received any compassion and no type of help to set them up and for that reason I posted on Facebook asking for help to find him bc my business was robbed prior to the camera installation and I needed them set it up ASAP he seen my post and instead of calling me back or trying to help me he started posting pictures of me and my family and posted about my businesses and called me intimidating me I called the police made a report but he had also went to my house and spoke to my oldest son soon he started telling my son that he can see his clients cameras and he knows whats going on in his clients business and soon after the police told us to report him to the BCA Resolution Sought I would like my money back or at least to finish my job but no connection so my cameras.
