I was using their dating app and a paying subscription. I got a email that I have been banned from the app with no explanation why and no example of what I did wrong to get banned. The email that banned me was not even address to myself it was a complete different person. I tried emailed Hinge over 3 times but I got no response. Resolution Sought I would like to be reinstated on the app and would like a year free subscription. I want to be able to use the app again.

I've invested a lot of time and money on hinge over the years $29.99 a month and sometimes more. Then my account was deleted . I lost all communication with everyone I spoke to on the app. I was never rude or disrespectful. I'd understand if I broke a rule and wasn't aware if I was told. Maybe even suspended. I payed for this service for a long time. This is completely unfair and will also contact the Attorney General. This has cause me a lot of distress. Resolution Sought Reinstate my account. Let me know how I violated any rules. If any wrongdoing did occur my Gmail was hacked and I lost another account within 24 hours. That I should be able to prove.
