I am complaining to you about Mathis Brothers in Ontario California. We spent $14,000 on new furniture, and insurance $1000 for damage furniture for 5 years, nevertheless when receive our dinner room table we did not notice the damage on the table, we contacted the company but they said you aspected the table as is! The table was on the floor for a while? The salesman missed lead us, plus we called the customer service, they did send technicians, but nothing happened? I don't know what to do with this situation I am very frustrated! Resolution Sought Make this right.

Consumer alleges: I purchased a "sectional" / loveseat, which was deliver February 2, 2024. I noticed gaps between the recliner sections and now I can see a gap that is big enough to see the floor. A technician came to check the issue and supposedly corrected the gap, but I can still see it and there are no other gaps in the other pieces. Mathis Brothers does not return my calls anymore and they seem like they are not willing to help me anymore. I traveled far and paid a good amount of money for this furniture and I don't appreciate the disconnect with assistance and they have told me this gap is "normal". To me, it's not normal if there is only a gap in one section and not the other sections. I've been trying to speak to someone in upper management regarding my concern, but I have received a return call. I would like someone of authority to contact me regarding this matter.
