I used Matic for a flood insurance policy. They out sourced to AonEdge. First off the first policy I got they called me month later and told me they messed up and never submitted everything like they should have and they had to redo everything to get me a new quote that will cost more than the original first policy. Went from $400 something to $543.86. Matic took that amount out of my escrow account with freedom mortgage. Maybe a month later freedom mortgage calls me and says that Matics policy is insufficient policy only covering $136000 on dwelling when the minimum coverage needed is $177000 around there. So I have a policy that is worth nothing. I tell Matic and they say the premium will go up once again to change and get a new quote for THE THIRD TIME! I decided that Matic is not capable of performing basic business and decide I am going to a better company. Nothing wrong with that they failed me twice and created many many unnecessary phone calls to fix this issue. It was very frustrating and I have never had this many issues with any insurance provider. Completely very hard to do business with. Now Matic says that they will refund me policy but they have to charge me 25! They sell me a policy that is no good to begin with , have all these issues and headaches….. but they want to steal my money? They took $543. From me for a product that was broken from the beginning a few times …. This is horrible business ethics. I deserve a full refund of what they took from m Resolution Sought Refund me the full 543.86 they took from me. Their product was never good in first place and I feel like me paying them anything is criminal on their part.
