I have been trying to get my claim started for a week and they keep saying the 'system is down'…..just found out Matrix is actually BANKRUPT! So their system will never come back online…..Thanks for wasting my time and money…. Resolution Sought I'd like to get a full refund for the CONTRACT I signed and had with them…breach of contract is a real thing…..

I purchased vehicle warranty for five years. Warranty was cancelled after three years. This business refused service on my vehicle. I am asking for a refund. This company gives me phone numbers that is no longer in business. Nothing but false information to prevent me from receiving my money owed to me. Resolution Sought Receive my money refunded. Make awareness known to consumers to beware of fund, its real.
