Manny is the owner/manager and is a crook. I paid 900$ cash for this on the 21st, was told it would be here Friday, well an hour after I ordered it he called and said they didn't have it in stock so I said okay ill just come get my money back and told me I'd have to dome the next day at 12:30 for a refund and then 2 hours later he called and said they had it ordered and would be here Friday one second they have it then they don't then they do, what??) So come Friday we have nothing, I called him asking what was up and he said it would be here the next day between 11 and 4. Well 4 runs around and no one is here, I called and then he said 30mins it will be here, it showed up but the wrong bed frame (as pictured ) so I called him and I texted him the photo of what I got and he said "oh yea that's not the right one, I will be back in 30 minutes with the correct order" okay well it's been 3 hours since and he refuses to answer my called so I go in, he's not there so the worker called him and he answered and said he will come pick up the wrong order on Sunday and give me my money back. Sunday is here and he told me over the phone he was no longer picking up the wrong delivery that basically I got what I got. So then I went in person for the 3rd time and he pretend not to know who I was or what I what I was there for so I proceeded to explain everything he already knows and he told me I got what I got and that's final! Resolution Sought I'd like my money back they don't deserve to even be in business.
