I received an email from this debt collector 2 days ago, with an address for me that i have never lived in before they called me today not sure how they got my phone number as it is brand new as i left the country since 2019 and i only came back in NOV 2023 ,the girl who called yelled and hang up on me was so rude , i called again so they did gave a phone number to call and it was a fraud company for free gift card and they want my address so i hang up on them, i called again finally they gave the account number for toile and they said this account was open in 2019 and ended in 2024. I called t mobile but they couldn't access the account as i don't know any more information about it but they also said there is no usage of data or calls since 2019, they told me to talk again to the debt collector or stop by T-Mobile branch, i stopped by T-Mobile and the guy said he has nothing to do. Now this debt is not mine and it has to be removed, Resolution Sought Remove the debt as it isn't mine.
