Customer Complaint

In March 2023 the company agreed to pave our driveway and completed the job and we paid them $8000.00 in full. After few days we noticed water collecting at the end of the drive way and asphalt leaving tire marks and notified the company and they came and resealed the driveway and after few days we noticed even more tire marks on the driveway and the water is still collecting. As per our complaint, the company agreed to completely take out the existing driveway paving and redo the whole driveway. On June 3rd 2023 they came and took out the driveway paving and left. After 2-3 weeks we started calling them to complete the job and they haven't come back. When we called mid June they said they are waiting to get another work in our area so they can come finish our driveway too. They never mentioned this was the case when they ripped open the driveway and also the driveway is uneven and unsafe to walk and we have tripped and fallen few times. After 2 weeks of waiting, we started calling them from early July and no one is picking up or returning our calls or multiple text messages. The driveway is left open and uneven for more than a month now and the company is not picking up our calls or replying to our messages. Resolution Sought Please let the company come and complete the work at the earliest or please give us the refund so we can contact other contractors to finish the job . We don't want any delay in completing our driveway , which was originally started in March 2023 and still not completed even after we paid in full.
