Brought vehicle in for alignment ask to make steering wheel straight. Picked vehicle up steering wheel was not straight called told me to bring back following day as soon as I walked in told me they were not going to do it because they can't. Which would have been ok but they just did the alignment couple of months ago and was great then Manager started to get mouthy I ask for district managers contact info and was denied any form of communication to further inquire about what was happening in this situation this place we is horrible will not be going back ever. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for service that I paid for if I could give 0 stars I would felt bullied and threatened after both Manager and his assistant surrounded me I. There office in front of other customers in building
