I took my car for a oil change on July 24th 2024, the next morning I went out to find all of the oil on the ground, they towed my car and brought it back and said they would clean up the oil, offered me a $300 voucher and then I never received the voucher and also they never cleaned it up , two weeks passed the city fire department had to come out to clean it up, as its a hazard and the cooperation guy isn't willing to refund my original price because I will not go back to use the $300 , he basically laughed at me complaining that I missed work, also to mention I fell in the oil, and the oil went into the drain. Resolution Sought I want to be refunded my original cost of $90, and I want them to pay for my missed day of work and the repercussions of there mistake.
