I brought my 2005 ford f150 truck in to have my steering rack replaced and I told them I didn't want a rebuilt rack that I wanted a new one from a different manufacturer. When the work was done and I picked up my truck after paying over a thousand dollars. The truck steering was exactly how it was when I first brought it to them and the truck was pulling severely to the right. I looked under the truck to see the steering rack they put in and discovered that I still had the original steering rack in when I bought it to them. The rack body was spray painted to make it look like it was new. I've called the store and was told they would have the regional manager get back to me. I've called there corporate office and they also told me they would have a manager get back to me. I still haven't heard from anyone for 2 weeks now. And when I call the store the manager says he just transferred to that store and doesn't know anything about what went on with my truck. He said he would pass on my info and have the district manager get back to me. I still haven't heard from anyone. Resolution Sought I want my money back that I paid to have a new rack installed, not my old one to be rebuilt.
