I hired him to paint my gutters and down spouts for $600 and he told me if I pay cash it would get done quickly. Well he took money after the first day and never came back to finish after several calls to him over 10 days he won't return my calls. I guess I shouldn't have paid him. I'm afraid he will do this to other people and probably isn't paying all his taxes. Resolution Sought Finish job or get refund
