I ordered a 40 pound propane tank from Max warehouse. They used UPS as the shipper and the tank was shipped unboxed and came to my house badly damaged. I contacted Max warehouse for a resolution and they try to offer me a small discount in order to keep the damaged tank and I refused and told them I wanted a full refund. They sent me a prepaid UPS label to ship the propane tank back to them when I went to UPS I as the consumer cannot ship this without a box so I had to pay $32.54 for a box to ship their damaged product back to them. Resolution Sought Refund me my $32.54 for returning your damaged product.
