Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My loan was for $300.00. In April 2022. My agreement as i was told on the phone was May paid $86.05. June and July 2022 i paid $178 80. I was nit suppose to have another payment till last one in Jan for $178.80. They are continuing to charge me the $178. 80 for 9 months = $1516.43. I would not have agreed to that and called them with no result. That's racketeering. Robbery. Resolution Sought I will pay them the last $178.40 for Aug. Now, (which would have been for Jan .and close my account as PAID !!!

This company is a rip off. I borrowed $700 from them and my payments are 154.00 bi weekly which none is going towards the amount borrowed. No one said anything about the high interests rates over the phone nor did I give them permission to run my credit. I've been scammed nd I need help! Resolution Sought I would like to payback the $700.00 borrowed with a decent fee
