I purchased a 2021 jeep Cherokee 80th anniversary At the end of October 2024 From Maxon the vehicle started making a little noise which began to get very loud so I put in for an appointment and had to take the next available one that was on February 26 2024 with the service department the manager of the service department named Shown treated me very rude from the first day as if he already knew of the reason I was there They were arguing in front of me as to who sold me the warranty as if I was not supposed to have purchased one which I feel that I should not have to be using so soon I purchased that vehicle with one accident on the Carfax which was fine after a few days not hearing from anyone I decided to go back there to maxon to see what was going on with my vehicle Only to learn they sent it over to Jeep and Chrysler and was informed to go there so I went there to see what was the issue I was informed that the car needed a new engine I was Miss lead of purchasing I put $7000 down plus a 2016 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo with under 50,00 miles on it I would have not purchased that vehicle had I known it needed a new engine I'm $35000 in debt not adding the 7000+ a vehicle for that vehicle I'm without transportation They only gave me $647 for a rental car that was supposed to been for six days It's been over three weeks and I have not heard from anyone the manager at Jeep and Chrysler told me he was doing a favor for the manager shown and he couldn't help m Resolution Sought Transportation, for starters Take that vehicle back and Give me back my down payment and trade-in vehicle and clear all debt.
