I ordered and paid for a cell phone on February 1st, 2024 and was told it have the phone in 7 to 10 business days and that the days would start on February 2nd, 2024 which meant that it would be delivered between February 12th, and the 15th and I've still not received the phone and when I call to find out information ? get a run around and no answers . I live on a monthly Social Security income of $963 so I don't have a lot of money to spend. Resolution Sought I want them to refund my $60.00 plus $210 the cost of a new phone.

I have called this company 3 different times to be removed out their program. For 3 times I was told I will receive a call back & I never received one. I want out their program. They won't let me out because they are getting paid monthly from the government. They are refusing to call me back & release me from the program. Resolution Sought I would like to be released from their program & some type of verification that I am out their program
