I've had nothing but trouble out of MaxxSouth my Internet keeps going on an off due to a problem that's on my light pole it's causing the coax to surge a melt it keeps happening. They send a tech out but it's never fixed. They wouldn't let me talk to someone over them either. I'm FED up. I want it fixed an some taken off my bill! Resolution Sought I want the problem fixed an at least 200 taken off my bill

I have had this internet service for a little over 3 months. My internet has been intermittent since day one. I have had numerous tech visits to not have my internet work. Give me what I pay for. Resolution Sought Improve my service
