My electrical outlet box blew in March and needed replacement, I HAD been friends with Mr. May for over 25 years so I text him to see if the price given was an okay price. He messaged me back saying he would handle it, after a week he sent his worker Tyler out, Tyler did excellent work, however I did not have power in my living room. Seven promised attempts to come out and fix the situation, I still have no electrical in the living room which is needed to finish the construction in my house. All of this is happening while my my mother , whom I rent from, has an active brain bleed and was told by doctors to not stress, because it could dislodge and be deadly. I messaged him one last time for him to make the situation right, and he responded back by calling everyone besides his daughter; "leftovers ", Resolution Sought Refund the money the money that was paid for an incomplete job, I have already contacted and scheduled another electrician to make sure everything is done correctly.
