I purchased a room for 10 tens and had to leave after 4 days because I noticed there were bed bugs on my bed and they bit me up so bad I was itching all over for 2 days straight before I noticed what was causing these red bumps all over my body, on top of that there was no room service and the bathroom was covered in feces stains in the shower and on the toilet. On top of all this the manager is very incompetent and uncooperative when I tried to get a refund for my remaining nights, he refused and told me there were no bed bugs or stains then proceeded to call me rude and will not answer my phone calls. Very very unprofessional of him!! And now I have a bug infestation in my laundry that I have to take care of before I can bring my stuff back into my house. Resolution Sought I would like this business to shut down so nobody else has to suffer what I suffered & refund.
