Purchase a 2018 Cadillac on the 11th of August 2022 from Mazda of Fort Myers at the time of purchase they sold me a warranty value at $6000.00 i cancel the warranty on the 25th of August 2022 on the 1st of September the AC was broken blowing hot air i made several telephone calls to them but just getting the runaround i went there personally spoke to the manager who insisted that they are not fixing it he was very disrespectful said i should keep the expensive warranty which I couldn't afford they sold the vehicle $38770.16 and in less than a month they wanted me to fix the AC Resolution Sought Repair the Air conditioner.
