I purchased a vehicle from Mazda of Wooster on jun 2 nd 2023 ..jun 4 the the top half of engine failed and broke down had to tow at my expense car back to them to get repaired ..it took the 3.5 months to fix it .I got the car back 8 days later there engine failed and broke down. had to have towed to them again ..they said nothing was wrong I didn't even make it 5 miles and car broke down again oil spewing from engine and smoking like it was on fire..had car towed home...I called dealer to tell them ..I called tow truck again at my expense to them but mid way they told me to take it to Chevy of Wooster .Chevy of Wooster says engine is now blown and needs a new one...Mazda of Wooster is telling me they will give me a new loan in other vehicle but I need to call my current finance comp and tell them to come get car .I'm not doing that cause then I'll still owe for difference on loan...they are liable for there crappy repair Job and I have a 1 year warranty on their work but they don't wanna honor it since the engine is now broken more than it was when they repaired it..meanwhile it's been 4 months now I've been paying for a car that I'm not getting to use...I have paperwork from Chevy of Wooster that states engine now needs replaced..I've had to pay now for 4 tows now cause Mazda failed to repair car properly. They didn't even care to call a tow truck for me .. Resolution Sought Replace the engine..
