We entered into a construction contract with MBM TEXAS VALLEY CONSTRUCTION LLC and they have been paid $40,000 to construction an addition to our home and the have abandoned the project because funds have run out and we have a lien on our property for $8,500 because they did not pay the subcontractor for the material. The contract price for the addition was $50,000. Resolution Sought Give us our money back because they breached the contract.
