On 10/19/2023 we gave a check for windows that were to be installed in 3-4 weeks. On follow up with them we were advised due to winter and the manufacturer is was 5-6 weeks. My check cleared 10/23/23 and per the manufacturer the windows as of 1/8/2024 have not been ordered. MBR asked for a quote but never ordered them. We have tried to contact MBR and have requested a refund. Ransoms advised my husband over 6 weeks ago that he would gladly return my money but he had already ordered them and the manufacturer said that is not correct. We do not trust MBR any longer and want a full refund of my money they have been holding for 2 1/2 months. They should have to pay us interest as well. Horrible business practices! Resolution Sought A full refund immediately of $3901.50 plus interest for 2.5 months as they used my money for their business purposes and NOT for my job.

Yes Lisa you did put down a 50 percent deposit we will not be refunding you nor will we be paying you interest I have we have been in contact with your husband and let him know that the windows were in and asked via text when we could install all the windows were purchased as custom sizes and is not returnable please check the contract and the wording of contract we apologize the window manufacturer did not have the window on your time line please contact our office we are 24 hours

They sent a text after I have requested a refund saying “How about 2-1 for install”. I do not trust them and I just want a refund! Since then they will not respond. I also tried to put a negative review it was blocked. I had to use 5 stars and my previous last name (Hertenstein) to get it to post. They responded to that remark that they have no idea who I am. How many people named Lisa want a refund from them? Then I find out they had a previous business and did the same thing. There is even a new lawsuit against them from December 2023 from a supplier. How do companies get away with doing this?
