I was read the wrong food I had not ordered I had to repeat what I had ordered.

I went thru drive thru on 11/20/2020 at 8:13pm, I was waiting to give order for 15 minutes no one said anything I blew my horn twice to speak with someone. The female worker came over speaker and said I'm very short staffed and if u blow your horn you can get out of this line. The female worker then took my order after 20 minutes, When I got to window to get my food I was read the wrong food I had not ordered I had to repeat what I had ordered.
