Opened the sandwich found a blue object in it. I was a rubber piece big enough where I could choke.

Went to McDonald's March 27th bought a breakfast sandwich ate 3/4 of it bit something and opened the sandwich found a blue object in it. I was a rubber piece big enough where I could choke. This is not the first time I have had something done at this specific McDonald's restaurant. This place needs better management and employees. What can you do? I almost swallowed the object. Gagged on it, it was nasty!!!
