I spoke with Jennifer today to try to settle a report on my credit. I asked to settle for less than what was owed in a polite way. Jennifer then stated that was not possible. I advised that I have done this with other accounts and that it was. Jennifer immediately became unnecessarily hateful and said, "Well I'm done speaking with you right now Victoria." I responded that I would not be paying that much and she advised, "Well I get paid either way." I then asked to speak with a supervisor because she took on an extremely rude tone. I was then told, "I would loooooooooove for you to talk with her." I responded I would loooove to talk with her. Was met again with an I would looooooove you to and was then transferred. Mind you so far I had not used negative or anything nasty language. Did not cuss or call names of Jennifer or the company. Simply asked to settle and when Jennifer was disrespectful I asked to speak with a supervisor. Once the supervisor got on the line I advised I wanted to speak with her I regard to Jennifer being rude. She advised it is understandable for her to be rude when we go on about the POS company and curse on the line. So Jennifer is not just extremely rude, but she is a liar. Notice how in this whole review I have not one time called the company or Jennifer a derogatory name. I hope their calls are recorded because I would love for management to listen in and see what a complete liar (not derogatory just a fact) Jennifer is. Being disrespectful to thos Resolution Sought I would like them to settle this amount. I feel this is deserved after the hatefulness I experienced with my account manager.
