Kim called me on 8-2-2022 to set a payment plan up for my bill before they turned it to collections. I told her I could only offered $5 a week. She said they couldn't accept that. I asked if she was rejecting my payment. She said yes. I told her I need an email stating that and she said she would. I called several times that remainder of day asking for the email because I hadn't received it. I even left a voicemail. I called today and talked to someone different. She said they wouldn't be emailing that over that they were rejecting my $5 a week payment Resolution Sought They either need to wipe my bill out completely or accept my $5 a week payment.
