My wife and I had McBride build out house just over a year ago. Since we have lived here I have sent numerous emails and photos to McBride expressing my concerns with the draining issues in our backyard after it rains. When it rains it is a river in my backyard and the water never drains. This is causing an issue with bugs, grass dying, and the yard never drying. I have two dogs and we can't ever let them out in our fenced in backyard due to the sitting water in the backyard. McBride has not responded to any of my emails expressing my concerns. I even had my warranty walk through with McBride and expressed the draining issues with them and nothing has been resolved nor have I been contacted with a resolution. Resolution Sought I would like McBride to install some sort of drain and fix the grading of my back yard. We spent a lot of money building out new house and having a fence put in for our dogs but cannot ever use our backyard. I would like for McBride to contact me have a solution
