I went for a oil change. They forgot to put oil back in it. Check engine light came on went to a different mechanic to find out almost no oil was in the car. Last time I went for oil change they popped the top off the coolant and I was almost out of that. They've lied about things that need to be replaced that don't. They said my check engine light was on because I needed a new gas cap. They replaced it with a very old and used gas cap and the next time I went in they told me I need to get the gas cap replaced. They have done nothing but try to upsell me and lie. I have no idea how much their incompetence has affected my car but what they are doing is wrong. Resolution Sought Refund would be nice but I understand if that's not possible. Letting the public know about the way they run a business would also be excellent.

My vehicle's been sitting in there lot since December 10th and they told me December 12th they would have it in to look at it if I got it towed there. It has been two full months and after countless phone calls(15+) they stopped answering my calls and voicemails. They won't call me back and im still not sure what's wrong with my car. They told me Tuesday last week it would be in for sure saying it's 4-6 weeks to get it in and we're pushing 9 weeks now. then when I called Thursday they said that there was now two cars in front of me when there wasn't the week prior. So I have no clue when my vehicles is going to get in or get fixed. Resolution Sought My vehicle get fixed under their warranty program
