I am writing to formally raise a complaint against McCurley Auction, located at 1850 S. Main St, Jacksonville, IL 62650, and associated with the email [email protected] and phone number (217) 243-6418. On Friday, January 24th, we shipped multiple packages containing our handmade knives for consignment, with the understanding that McCurley Auction would sell them through their auction house. The packages were sent with the following USPS tracking numbers: 9434636208070315607260 9434636208070315607444 9434636208070315607536 Despite successful delivery, we have not received any communication, payment, or updates regarding the status of our consigned items. We have made several attempts to contact McCurley Auction via email and phone, but have received no response whatsoever. This lack of transparency and communication is deeply concerning and unprofessional. Resolution Sought refund or retuen the knives
