09/10/2024 received the quote and accepted the replacement windows in my home after no rush phone calls email no communication on a company on when the installation will be done. I've been totally ignored at this point. I wish to constantly order and get my deposit back at the reviewing complaints on the Better Business Bureau about the company. I no longer trust. I have faith in them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Resolution Sought Return of my deposit and cancel the order
