Hair in food and/or food always cold!!

If it's not a hair in the food most of the time, the meat is cold and the fries are cold. The Iady to McDonald's has employees putting hair in food. One of the boys goes to my son's school and comes to school bragging about it. Something needs to be done we have make up plates to the Ironton McDonald's and they're doing nothing about it. Both employees are still working there they need to wear hairnets too.
