At store on West Dixie there seems to be a problem everytime l order. I don't complain often but this franchise is the worst. Usually they omit an item I order but today puts the icing on the cake. Ordered shortly before breakfast was over and ordered a mcgriddle. When l took a bite it had onions on it. I took the mcgriddle to the counter and asked for another one because of the problem and was told breakfast was over they were now serving lunch. After becoming irritated l was given my money back and then l ordered and paid for my lunch. I felt that l should have had some type of compensation since it was not my fault that onions were put on my mcgriddle. This use to be the best Mcdonalds but it seems employees are lacking training or they simply don't care about their customers.
