I was in Warren ar on July 28,2025. I used my mc Donald's app to order food. My app picked up 105 unity road in Crossett ar. I cancelled the order & went to the sonic in Warren ar. (Because you have to wait x amount of minutes before using the mc Donald's app again. I NEVER picked my order up from Crossett. I was charged for the food! I have contacted Crossett mc Donald's & called and emailed the app. No one will refund me. So they basically stole my $. And each time I call they tell they can't refund me. I have been trying since July 28,2025. Resolution Sought I would like the business to give me a refund for the food I don't pick up. It's not right that the app picked up a whole different town. I cancelled the order & was still charged for the food I NEVER got!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at the Mcdonalds in Merrillville,IN. On 6/6/25I visited the McDonald's at Merrillville,IN. I placed an order but my order was incorrect when I received it. When I politely brought the issue to the attention of the staff, the manager on duty named Juwan was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than resolving the situation, he spoke to me in an unprofessional tone and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking for what I paid for. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a brand known for customer service and consistency. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of the situation. I am requesting that this incident be addressed appropriately, and that the staff—especially the manager—receive the necessary training on handling customer concerns respectfully and professionally. I would also appreciate ti be compensated and a follow-up regarding how this matter is handled. Thank you for your time and attention.
