On 02/04/26 I placed an order through the McDonald's app. Order # d1f6e after several minutes the delivery guy from ubereats ( who McDonald's selected to be the vendor) contacted me and said McDonald's wifi is down and they cannot fulfill your order and I should call customer service for a refund. I contacted customer service through the McDonald's app which took over 30min but at the end the representative stated the refund has been processed and it would fall off your account in 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks the payment still has not fallen off my account so I call back and they tell me I need to call the actual store. So I call the store and speak with manager Alexis and she tells me they are unable to process refunds when orders are placed through the app. So I call the customer for app once again and relay what the store manager has said. This time they transfer me to several people over the span of 50min the last rep is tell me they are unable to find my order number. When I ask to speak with a supervisor she some how locates my order number and places me back on hold for several minutes until I hung up. Ultimately i had to report the charge as fraudulent to receive payment t from my bank because I never received or a refund from McDonald's Resolution Sought I would like my money refunded and my time compensated for taking over an o hour with under trained or people who are intentionally trying to desued people from falling through.

I placed a order with the mcdelivery service on the McDonald's app my money was taken and I was told my order was acknowledged and being prepared for close to a hour only to have the doordash driver go to pick it up and the order was canceled and I was told I had to wait for 3 days for my money back and my reward points I used thru the app were not returned Resolution Sought I want my points returned and them to run a service that doesn't make people wait a hour to have something they paid for be canceled
