I drove over 1.5 hours to have the newest safety recall done. They said it would take a few hours and then after asking about the vehicle said they had to order parts. They refuse to show me paperwork and said "ohh all it says is we had to order extra parts." I believe they didn't do anything and aren't abiding my Kia's safety recall that they need to complete. I had this appointment set up 8 days prior and they lied to me. There was not a single thing done to my car and won't show the paperwork. If I don't hear back, I will sue this dealership. I am contacting Kia as well as they aren't legally fixing this. Resolution Sought How about do the work and don't do illegal activities. Lawsuit next step from me and Kia.
