Went to buy a new Venza, they wanted 1.000 down on November 10th. A salesman texted us on November 13th that the person we were dealing with was no longer with them, and someone else would take over,ok fine have never heard anything from anyone one,called about our 1.000 getting the run around, they say they have credited our card they have not. Resolution Sought Credit our card back.
